Why join NEEEC?

Advocacy

NEEEC represents the efficiency and electrification industry before state public utility commissions, legislatures, and state agencies. State regulators make decisions that govern billions of dollars in energy efficiency spending. NEEEC gives the industry and advocates a voice in those decisions by participating actively in state and regional planning processes, marshaling and articulating responses to proposed policies, budgets, and initiatives, and providing opportunities for NEEEC member companies, organizations, and individuals to tell their story directly to policymakers and regulators.

Information

The energy policy and program landscape is changing rapidly as climate, equity, cost, reliability and electrification enter the goals. NEEEC keeps members up to date through timely news bulletins and webinars.  Partners such as NECEC and NEEP are key allies and we work closely and in collaboration.

Affiliation

NEEEC has been active in helping to shape regulations and move the efficiency industry forward,  Membership affiliates member companies with the ideals of engagement, commitment, and opportunity. It publicly establishes each member as one of the most highly engaged, committed, and forward-thinking energy efficiency, electrification, and advocacy companies and organizations in New England.
