5 Northeast States Ranked as Most Energy Efficient
The American Council for an Energy-Efficiency Economy (ACEEE) has released its 2015 state energy efficiency scorecard and five northeast states are ranked in the top ten. Massachusetts was rated first for the fifth consecutive year and Vermont (#3) and Rhode Island (#4) maintained their top five scores. Connecticut (#6) and New York (#9) also made the top cut.
