The Northeast and West Coast States Lead in Efficiency

The American Council for an Energy-Efficiency Economy (ACEEE) has released its 2017 state energy efficiency scorecard and five northeast states are ranked in the top ten. Massachusetts was rated first for the seven consecutive year, and Rhode Island (#3) and Vermont (#4) maintained their top four scores. Connecticut and New York are #6 and #7, respectively.
